The Canara Bank has donated a reverse osmosis plant worth Rs. 50,000 to the Salem Corporation here on Wednesday.

The plant will be installed in the Corporation’s main office. Bank’s Assistant General Manager Lakshmipathi Kumar handed over the plant to Mayor J. Rekha Priyadarshini.

Deputy Mayor C. Panneerselvam and Corporation Commissioner K.S. Palanisamy were present.
