What happened to the ARK complex (Sapna, santhosh, santham) ?

pyramid got it soon they going to launch a new brand complex.. they have some altering construction works pending

I heard the case was over.. they going to construct the apartments( one of my friend told that.. not sure its true or not)Anway we are going to miss Sapana

Both the above news are not true.

The complex is still remain closed due to their family problem on property sharing.

Friends,

The ARK complex(Santosh/Sapna/Santham theater) is being renovated silently and we can see the inauguration soon by this year.

As per the sources from the close network, the theater is sold to Oscar Ravichandran.

A happy news that some construction works are taking place on ARK complex in full swing....
One of my friend told that ARK complex is going to be converted into 5 theaters similar to ARRS multiplex....If this is true salem is going to get two more theaters...but we all going to miss sapna...
