Praveen,

I hope you are taking the term 'Multicity Usage Charge' as 'Chequeue'.
I strongly believe that Chg refers to Charge and not Chequeue.

But I am not sure if there is a concept/policy in place for using your card in a different city.

Thanks for your comment. You can see from the customer care replies that it is "Multi-city Cheque Payment charge" and they explained clearly about the same. I did not use the card at other cities.

Itz charge for passing my cheques at other city. But none of my cheques were passed at other cities. I confirmed with the person to whom i issued the cheques. When I questioned the bank about this, they just reverted the amount at once

So is it hidden charge?

i think whenever u use the multicity cheque, the service charge will be applied on u, no matter u give in homecity or multi city..
did u gave the multicity cheque or regular cheque?

It is local cheque and passed in local branches...
Why do they revert the amount at once I asked the reason?
