I came to Bangalore by KPN travels this week. The service was very very worst when compare to ABT travels. I bought the ticket at the last moment few minutes before the bus starts, once i showed the ticket in the bus, the ticket checker shouted like anything like when did you bought the ticket? who gave and all.
It tooks almost 4hrs for me to reach Bangalore from Salem. ABT will not take more than 3hrs 15 minutes. Even TNSTC - UD buses will be taking less than 4.30 hrs.
Few of my colleagues use to travel by KPN from Bangalore to Madurai, Tirunelveli, Chennai and all. Now-a-days they are also started using ABT travels because of lesser travel time. For Madurai and Tirunelveli KPN is taking half an hour more travel time than ABT.
KPN service is getting worst day by day. If it happens like this continuously very soon KPN will lose all its customer to ABT.
